EMEA Workplace Management (WPM) Sourcing & Procurement
Work location: Warsaw
Position goals:
Supplier information updates, data gathering, reportingSupport execution of compliance in sourcing, procurement initiativesEnsure all JLL suppliers’ pre-qualification and compliance standards are maintainedContracts administration and internal approvals collectingSupport sourcing initiativesResponsibilities:
Manage the on-boarding of suppliers to ensure compliance to JLL / client requirementsManage supplier pre-qualification and compliance to health & safety, bank, financial stability and insurance requirementsBuild and develop great relationships with suppliers to ensure timely documents submission.Liaison with suppliers for documents collecting in proposal processes (procurement initiatives)Vendor master data set up / ensure data is correct / undertake data cleansing actionsManage and maintain contract documentation, sourcing initiatives documentationReporting: compliance, contract analytics, actual spends analyticsCo-ordinate KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)Manage JLL systems and toolsTake and typing of meeting minutes, memos, letters, notices etc. as and when requiredCandidate profile:
Experience in purchasing / sales / office administration process administration or similarFluent in English and Hebrew/German – mandatory requirementMinimum Bachelor's / Master's degree and 2-3 year experience in a similar role – mandatory requirementGood command of another European or Middle Eastern language would be a valuable asset: (especially French / German / Italian)Excellent organizational and administrative skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood Follow-through of actions – Take responsibility for completion of tasksExcellent inter-personal, communication skillsExcellent PC skills, proficient in Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook Word & ExcelWhat you can expect from us:
