The Vendor Documentation Interface and Governance leader is accountable for developing and granting the sustainability of strategy, tools & processes related to the management of technical documents coming from BH Suppliers and its integration and alignment with Engineering Departments and Customer Requirements, as well as reporting to the executive leaders on the progress.
As a Vendor Documentation Interface and Governance leader, you will be accountable for:
Working with an extended cross-functional team (mainly Procurement, Engineering Depts, Digital Technology and Quality) with the target to develop a new process & tool to effectively manage exchange of documents coming from VendorsDefining & prioritizing process & tools pillars, common among the stakeholders, defining the schedule and monitoring project activitiesVerifying and validating the solutions ensuring its sustainability and scalability/modularity, gathering users feedback for continuous improvement.Defining the KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the implemented solution.Defining the data and reports needed to ensure timely and accurate KPI publishing and monitoring.Defining and leading structural, organizational and process changes, roles & responsibilities of the involved parties and outsourcing strategy for documentation management, continuous improvement of the process and governance reporting.Increasing Document Template configurator coverage on the entire BH product portfolio.Regular Progress Reporting to the executive leadership on the progress of the project and operational execution.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management (or equivalent) from an accredited University or College.Demonstrate resilience and flexibility to work on priority, understanding business needs to translate Engineering effort into Company financial targetsBe able to manage a multi-cultural team in a matrix organizationBe fluent in EnglishWork in a way that works for you
