Summary
Manages, supports, and directs all phases of vendor relationships for PFS while effectively partnering with third-party vendors, asset management, finance, and leadership. Responsibilities include new vendor user maintenance and access requests, vendor contract review management, and vendor invoice reconciliation. Tracks all Community Connect agreements. Reviews and adds new vendors to the company's vendor listing. Evaluates and offers edit suggestions within contracts and agreements; works with vendors to resolve issues to meet business requirements.
Job DutiesPerform manual User ID creation, modification, and deletion. Coordinate training with RCE for new users. Resolve vendor user access issues tickets. Ensure Confidentiality forms are completed for each vendor user requiring access to Epic. Assists in the design and improvement of access administration processes. Maintain a database of all vendors and contact info. Vendor User Security and Training. Create and maintain standard work for 3rd party vendor user access management to ensure all vendors adhere to security and training requirements for access to LVHN network, applications, and data. Manage vendor user records. Manage Vendor relationships. Become the point person for brand new vendors. Interact in a professional manner with a variety of vendors, speaking with people of all levels and backgrounds. Become the main contact for vendor questions or requests. Become the liaison between Supply Chain Management and Patient Financial Services for questions regarding vendor contracts and new contract negotiations. Monitor vendor compliance to contract terms, specifically regarding metrics and fees. Reconcile vendor invoices monthly prior to sending to leadership for payment approval. Monitor vendor and Community Connect contract Expiration and Renewal dates and notify leadership if a new contract is needed for renewal. Performs proactive audit analysis to ensure end users are given accurate access to only authorized applications or network drives. Work with IS to correct any errors identified. Participate in regular security or compliance audits related to system access. Ensure Epic Access request form is completed for all vendors requiring access to Epic and is appropriate for the access level of their users.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED 5 years experience in business administration Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and work independently in a stressful, changing environment. Demonstrates knowledge of PCs, other related devices and software. Successful completion of Departmental Training and Orientation required. Must possess Customer service, interpersonal teamwork, and organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced Excel skill required.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance. 1 year Finance or accounting experience. Process improvement and analysis skills are a plus.
