You’ll make a difference by:
· You support the identification of potential vendors for various H2R operational needs, including HR applications and software solutions
· You negotiate and draft contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with selected vendors and collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review contract details and compliance requirements
· You establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and regularly assess vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and established metrics
· You monitor costs and expenses related to vendors, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
· You help identify potential risks associated with vendor relationships and their services/applications, developing mitigation plans as needed
· You provide transparency in contractual data (e.g., terms, costs, termination regulations) by registration in the central contract database
· You contribute to setup or review contract templates, guidelines, and process descriptions
Your success is grounded in:
· You have deep knowledge about procurement and supply chain management, with a particular emphasis on IT procurement
· You have know-how about procurement of Application Management Services (e.g., Application Development, Application Maintenance), Software (SaaS) and Services.
· You have project management skills and know about agile methods e.g., SCRUM
· You are familiar with data privacy regulations and compliance considerations in vendor management
· You have an analytical mindset, a proactive and problem-solving attitude, and very good communications skills
· You have a university degree in Procurement Management, Supply Management, Business Administration or Economics and fluency in English completes your profile
· You have high degree of responsibility, integrity, efficiency, and commitment
· A growth mindset supports you to permanently adjust to the ever-changing challenges of the Siemens businesses
Qualifications:
· Any bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in vendor governance.
· Knowledge of HR/payroll systems and software.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
