Title: Vendor Manager, McDonald’s UK&RO

Grade: 9
Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to reach the incident resolution before it becomes an escalation.Vendor engagement – engaging vendors to make sure all incidents are resolved within SLA to prevent any negative impact on the business in terms of revenue and/or customer loss.Preventing missed SLAs with the NCR Field team and NCR-contracted third parties.Responsible for communicating and being a mediator between all the stakeholders involved in the Incident lifecycle.Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure they meet Service Desk standards and expectations.Develop and manage vendor relationships for long-term success.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts or services.Maintain accurate and complete vendor data in the company’s database.Resolve any vendor-related issues, such as delivery errors, SLA breaches and ensure all stakeholders are updated on improvement plans.Develop strategies and plans for improving vendor service delivery.

Basic Qualifications

12-18 months minimum experience in Service Desk or Help Desk role (Level 2 support analyst, incident, or problem analyst).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsRelationship building skills; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office; Advanced Computer skillsBasic or higher Service Now knowledge is a plus.
