Summary -
The Vendor Manager plays a key role in supporting and implementing the WTW global vendor strategy across our global business units including the monitoring of vendor performance and optimising vendor partnerships, ensuring compliance with WTW polices and risk standards.
This will include working with existing vendors on both their current and potentially increased scope, onboarding new vendors and off boarding vendors as necessary.
Monitoring Vendors performance and consolidating reporting will be a key part of the role.
The role will also include partnering with Procurement during negotiating commercial agreements, extensions and onboarding new vendors
The Role
Managing internal relationships from across multiple regions and business areas to ensure vendor is aligned to WTW strategic requirements and improve the vendors offering Benchmarking new and existing services ensuring commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose Manage, maintain, and monitor key commercial, contractual and performance factors in the vendor agreement Track vendor performance on an ongoing basis and report on the performance, flag issues and work with the Business Supplier Owners to improve performance Build strong relationships with internal Finance and HR teams to effectively manage vendor relationship. Resolve any vendor disputes to conclusionThe Requirements
