Key Responsibilities :

Accountable for the global vendor master data environment, and activities associated with Vendor Master creation, changes and deactivations are performed according to Baxter’s established standardsSupport implementation of Baxter’s global vendor master data strategy, standards, and improvement plansAssists with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data and adherence to SOX control complianceSupports the transition of countries / sites into Baxter Business ServicesReview and propose changes to Vendor Master data policies and procedures as dictated by market and company changes and/or industry, in addition to changes in personnel, department practices and systemsIdentify and present solutions for continuous process improvement

Job Requirements:

2-4 years Finance experience, with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience across Global / Regional master data managementManagement experience in a large multinational organizationExperience with JDE ERP platform preferredInternal controls experienceExperience in best practice master data processes and demonstrated experience managing performance through service level agreements and KPIsDemonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a global basisDemonstrated ability to act as a change agentKnowledge of, and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining processes and their supporting policies and procedures organization wide
