A Vendor Master Data Associate carries out overall Vendor Master Data activities such as calling the vendors for data changes verification, data creation and maintenance, analytics, and updating of business system information. They support established business data standards and procedures while consistently seeking to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with various Buy & Pay teams in ensuring accuracy of Supplier information.
Your Role:
Ensures the completeness, accuracy, timeliness and quality data such as Supplier, Employee and other critical information enabling finance activitiesConduct thorough investigations into suspected cases of fraud.Gather and analyze evidence, including financial records, transaction logs, and other relevant data.Evaluate and assess potential risks associated with fraud within the organization.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage fraud risks.Maintain detailed and accurate records of investigations, findings, and actions takenInput master data attributes into system as requested.Responsible for various coordination that includes gathering of information and answering of queries/email.Ensure timely processing of Procure4You tickets based on the priority level.Evaluate data supplied – inquire or investigate accuracy of data that is providedAssist in creating process documentation for process and make recommendation for improvementsWork with customer, suppliers and vendor master data objects, as well as other business functions and their associated data requirements. Support established business data standards and procedures. Manage business data analytics and reporting effectively.
Who you are:
A graduate of any bachelor's degree with substantial professional experience, whether through training on the job or some formal qualification. Fluent Japanese Speaking (Verbal and Written)Excellent communication skills, apply effective verbal & written communication in English and local language to convey findings and recommendations.Excellent thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities with red flag list.Ability to make ethical decisions and maintain confidentiality.Strong documentation skills for recording and reporting investigative findings.Demonstrate good prioritization skills; doing what matters most first with sound planning and time management skills.Shows good customer orientation and observe good understanding of the work in order to satisfy the requirements of the customerStrong determination and self-motivation, impacts the effectiveness of own work team through quality and timeliness of services or information provided
