**Overview**
Join our dynamic team as a Vendor Support Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding of vendors into Publicis’ organization. This position is ideal for a customer service professional with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Vendor Communication:**
+ Select vendors to contact.
+ Connect with vendors via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or email (invitations will include a dedicated office phone number).
+ Explain the new onboarding service and guide vendors through the process.
+ **Onboarding Assistance:**
+ Help vendors locate emails from Publicis and SAP using basic keyword searches.
+ Resend onboarding emails if necessary.
+ Provide step-by-step support for creating an ARIBA Network account.
+ Assist vendors in finding and completing the Publicis questionnaire in the ARIBA tool.
+ Input data into the questionnaire on behalf of vendors, if needed, ensuring the vendor submits it independently.
+ **Reporting:**
+ Maintain daily reports detailing:
+ Vendors contacted.
+ Vendors connected.
+ Vendors who successfully submitted their questionnaires.
**Qualifications**
+ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven customer service experience.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, ARIBA, or SAP is a plus.
