The Central Vendor Management team is seeking a Vendor Performance Analyst to assist with evaluating and monitoring vendor performance.

In the Role

Communicating brand awareness and SLA’s to the Vendor  Monitoring vendor activities, both internally and externallyDocumenting and communicating all open vendor performance issues and remediationsConducting daily, weekly, monthly auditsMaintaining an ongoing scorecard and vendor performance documentationMaintaining a stable, open line of communication and act as a liaison between OneMain and the vendorMaintaining awareness of company policies and procedures, federal and state laws as well as providing guidance to employees to ensure complianceMonitoring industry activity and trends for Vendor feedback and complianceBalancing a variable workload between project based work and regular task/routines

Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDAdmin or management experienceAbility to travel domestic and internationallyExcellent communication and able to present to medium/large groupProject management experience/skillsProficiency with Internet and basic MS Office applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationAbility to work well under pressure and meet goals in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Works independent/ good work ethicSome college experience and/or DegreePrevious experience working with External VendorsPrevious experience with financial services industry regulations and laws
