Join Paramount as a Vendor Setup Associate

 

Are you ready to be part of a global leader in entertainment? We’re looking for a Vendor Setup Associate to join our PTP team in Budapest.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Set up and manage vendor master data in Graphite and SAP/MDG. Validate banking details with suppliers via Zoom. Handle vendor-related queries through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks. Propose and implement process improvements.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

Strong English skills (B2/C1); an additional language is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a multi-location company preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. Detail-oriented, organized, with great communication and problem-solving skills.
