Data Specialists will perform various tasks associated with vendor management, Tax/IRS/1099 management, MDM, and other forms of automation for the organization. They will perform daily/quarterly vendor compliance, handle MDM operations, and frequently interface with the customer. They will be part-of innovative customer-impacting solutions that increase company productivity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n

\n\nCollaborate with the business and other groups to provide efficient and effective customer solutions/services.\nBe part of a larger team and bring ideas to the forefront.\nAssist with creating and maintaining a corporate repository of all vendor IRS/Tax processing.\nAssist with projects as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Knowledge and Skills:

\n

\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft-centric platforms, technologies, protocols, and tools.\nKnowledge of database integration and basic SQL Server query language.\nProject management at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n Requirements

Education and Experience:

\n

\n\n3 – 5 years of working in an organization with over 100 people.\nCustomer-facing, people skills that help communicate perspective, ‘the story,’ and context.\n
