Delaware North is hiring a full-time Venue and Event Technology Specialist to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Technology Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining documents and creating, responding, and updating help desk tickets and system access requests. PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,500 – $72,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about you Associate or bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of related experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems, including cloud architectures, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, telephone, voice, video, and data communication systems Certifications in Cisco, CompTIA, ITSM, Microsoft, or PMI

Delaware North operates concessions and premium dining services at the 41,900-seat American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970.
