Position Title: Venue Merchandise Specialist (part time)
Important Note: This position is part-time/seasonal with hours beginning in May of 2025 and working through October of 2025.

THE JOB
Job Description
Are you someone that enjoys working in a fast-moving environment? Do you enjoy live music? Do you enjoy working with a team of people supporting a common goal? Are you someone that thrives in guest interaction roles? Then the Live Nation Merchandise Specialist position may be the right opportunity for you. Merchandise Specialists are directly supervised by the venue’s Merchandise Manager. They arrive at a concert venue on show day and immediately jump into motion. Artist merchandise needs to be inventoried, distributed, and displayed for sale. When the gates open, fans rush into the venue to buy their shirts, hats, and posters, and they flock to you. You fulfill their orders quickly and carefully while taking the time to make each fan smile. After the show is over, you help the team reassemble the remaining merchandise. Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to the Artist, you head home, knowing you put in a full day’s work.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Objectives of the Role
Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venuesFulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requestedAccurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales systemAct as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venueDuties & Responsibilities
Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures Create visually appealing displays and price items correctlyComplete sales transactions for each guest Support successful sales operations at each eventContribute to a positive work environmentPerform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locationsTake direction from their supervisor, the venue’s Merchandise ManagerWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

The expected compensation for this position is:
$15.00 USD - $16.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
