You will lead corporate wide cross functional teams and coordinate the efforts with the Centers of Excellence, IP development, NPD development and CAD to come to a verification flow of the highest standard. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the engineering verification processes and methods that support New Product Development (NPD) and Intellectual Property (IP) Development are effectively implemented throughout the company. You will work in the NPD Enablement team and report the Director NPD Enablement. The NPD Enablement team is responsible for supporting all product families, which includes developing and refining procedures and methodologies for various design processes such as analog, digital, mixed-signal, and discrete design.
