Job Title: Silicon Verification Engineer

Job Description

The Silicon Verification Engineer plays a crucial role in the test-plan generation process, responsible for creating, testing, and implementing various verification plans. This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced chips used in AI products, contributing to the expanding field of AI technology.

ResponsibilitiesDefine, document, and implement a UVM verification environment, including agents and scoreboards.Write test plans and implement them by developing tests, test generators, test benches, checkers, coverage, and other verification collateral.Run tests on RTL and Gate Level Netlists, debug failures to root cause, and recommend fixes.Support post-silicon verification activities of the products by collaborating with design and product teams.Essential SkillsProficient in using Verilog and VMM/OVM/UVM.Experience in pre and post silicon verification test flow and automated test benches.Minimum 2 years of experience with SystemVerilog and UVM.Minimum 2 years of experience with Mixed Signal Verification.Minimum 2 years of experience with Design Verification Methodology.Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree is nice to have.Ideally 3-6 overall years of experience in the field.Previous experience with mixed signal exposure, analog, and digital.Fluency in SystemVerilog and UVM with significant design verification experience.Work Environment

The team focuses on IP verification, ensuring the design of high-speed interfaces connecting different parts of an SOC chip. The role involves contributing to internal projects, working on Certus interfaces, and high-speed serial interfaces CRDAS for several AI and compute projects. The typical workflow includes daily morning meetings to discuss agenda items, followed by focused time on assigned tasks such as coding and data analysis.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
