Transdev Services, Inc. is seeking a Verification Specialist for its Boston Public Schools
transportation contract. The Verification Specialist provides support to the Finance and
Operations Departments by reviewing Driver Exception Time Reports and provides

Ensures data integrity by verifying input and calculations. Assists with the payroll process and identifies exceptions.Analyzes Driver exception time submittals.Maintains organized computer and/or hard copy files for easy identification and retrieval.Provides administrative and clerical support to other departments, as needed.Provides front desk coverage, as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Licensing, and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).Experience Required: Two (2) years of experience performing administrative or clerical support in an office environment, or reconciling/auditing data, cash, or cash equivalents. Skills and Knowledge Required: Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to utilize other departmental and company software programs.Must be able to work effectively with interruptions and meet or exceed production and quality goals.Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues.Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.Flexibility to work on weekends as and when needed.Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
