Verint OM Application Support Specialist provides technical and administrational service for workforce management tool (Verint OM) and is responsible for functional support of operational teams across ING Hubs. Role ensures overall end to end software suite support.
Responsibilities
Support OM consultants with technical setup (business model upload and update) in Verint OM tool during and after implementation of Operations Management and automation projects.
Manage users access rights for the Verint OM application (new joiners, movers, leavers).
Test and document installation of application upgrades and hot fixes provided by vendor application support team, raise technical incidents and improvement ideas on vendor portal.
Manage functional and technical data within selected solution (security settings, archiving, integration mappings, file imports, skill matrices, team assignments, screens configuration).
Draft technical documentation for application features in cooperation with Verint provider and asset owner, provide a guidance and data analyses support for users in operational teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as team members, management, IT support (including software supplier located in UK), other application support teams (source systems).

We are looking for someone who ideally has:
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
2 years of experience in IT/Customer support role
Experience with support of integrated software mapped to various data sources is an advantage
Experience with IT systems implementation preferably in workforce management area.
Experience with application support on global systems.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Persuasive with details and facts and strong communication skills
PC savvy person
Skills
Language: English - advanced (C1), written and spoken is a must
Technical: good understanding of Microsoft 365 (excel, word)
