Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Vertical Mill Machinists for projects located in the Green Bay, WI area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay a rate up to $35/hour based on experience plus $100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope: 

Understand complex fabrications and datum sequencing on blue printsMachine large and complex weldmentsReview set up sheet and problem solve any concernsReview and run right angle head programRun all vertical, horizontal and boring bar machinesUnderstand basic vacuum set upsUse machining tools: go/no go gauges, calipers, inside micrometers, probesSet up, operate  and tend to preventative maintenance for cnc equipmentAssist in programming customers drawing into the machine using virtual gibbs/ g codeIdentify nonconformances during inspection of component parts Requirements 6 years of Machining experience 3 years of HASS control (preferred) 3 years of FANUC bridge mill controls (preferred) 3 years of TOSNUC (preferred)  Company Details
