Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to drive growth within the building industry. Our core focus verticals (Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education, Hospitality and Government Infra-structure) are rapidly growing and needs a highly motivated sales professional to identify and develop customer opportunities into successful solutions and services for the accounts they will serve.

You’ll make an impact in the following:Have and further develop an in-depth understanding of the local market and assigned Vertical, including local market dynamics, operational needs and constraints, regulatory nuances, and competitive landscape.Adhere and participate in sales activities including pre-bid reviews, risk management, bid preparation and ensure proper sales-to-project hand over of secured ordersMeet sales order and revenue, based on the assigned targets Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, amidst intricate organizational hierarchies and become a trusted advisor for our customers and stakeholders in the assigned industriesUnderstand customer’s business processes, drivers and develop strategic account plan to support the digital transformation journey of the account.Growing Share of Wallet: Expand existing and new customer relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our solutions and services business Articulate Siemens value propositions within your assigned Vertical, that resonates with diverse stakeholders with an added focus on digitalization and sustainability Adopt and leverage internal sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, provide accurate sales forecasting and enable data driven decision making Engage in industry association working groups, to develop domain expertise and represent Siemens as a thought leader in the assigned industries.Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations. Ensure strong compliance to Siemens Business Conduct GuidelinesYou excel in the following:Possess 3- 5 year(s) of sales experience in any building servicesUnderstanding of the design and operational requirements of the built environment, including industry standards, regulations, etcExisting relationship with various stake holders including end users, developers, consultants, builders, facilities managers, general/specialist contractors and related Government agencies Possess a Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalentAppreciates collaboration and ability to communicate effectively in cross-collaboration opportunitiesGrowth mindset and able to embrace a consultative selling approachCreate a better #TomorrowWithUs!
