The **VESL LATAM** is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the **Veralto** **Enterprise System (VES)** at Veralto companies in the region, enabling these sites to meet their **Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.** The role will report to the Senior Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System & High Growth Markets and, support the LATAM OpCo’s Leadership Teams. This position is part of the Corporate - Veralto Enterprise System, located in São Paulo, Brazil, on **Hybrid** work model, and **50% traveling** . **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + Acting as an advanced practitioner for VES activities inVeraltoLATAM. + Coaching and supporting targeted PD and growth-oriented KPI improvements. + Accelerating results in **SQDC** by leveraging VES tools, mentoring skills, and change management processes. + Supporting key leadership events/trainings such as: CEO/President’s Kaizens in LATAM. VES Leadership Orientation (LCO) for onboarding leadership in LATAM. Key Growth, Operational Excellence, and VES Fundamentals Events. VES Immersion Support for Veralto LATAM Leadership. Mentoring LATAM OpCo and site leadership in developing a **VES roadmap** . Conducting formal and informal VES training and coaching. Participating in **PD and Daily Management reviews** . Benchmarking internally and externally to integrate best practices into VES. Supporting due diligence activities and **post-acquisition implementations** with VES. Ensuring **VES resources** are optimized across OpCos and best practices are shared. **The essential requirements of the job include:** + **10+ years** of business experience, including leadership roles in Sales and/or Marketing, with strong knowledge of Operations and Engineering best practices. + **BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Sciences;** MBA preferred. + Experience in **market analysis, growth/strategy development, and deployment** . + Strong **analytical and strategic thinking skills** with the ability to assess key business metrics from a senior leader perspective. + Expertise in **VES Fundamentals** and various VES tools. + Experience working within a **matrix organization** and interacting with senior executives. + **Superior written and verbal communication skills** in English; Spanish proficiency preferred. + Strong **training, consulting, and facilitation** skills. + Hands-on experience implementing **BS/process improvement strategies** in a leadership role. + Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and other relevant software tools.
