Veterinary Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client care team. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable person who is a great team player but is also able to self-motivate. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time permanent role working 40h per week Monday-Friday.
**Main Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensuring all veterinary reports, referral letters and discharge instructions are typed, checked, distributed, and attached to patient records in a timely and efficient manner
+ Processing insurance claims
+ Providing administrative support to our vets, reception team and wider organisation.
+ Booking of appointments and surgical procedures for our clients
+ Assisting with general reception and admin duties as required
+ Answering the telephone to assist clients with any enquiries or queries.
