We are a 2-doctor general practice offering primary care, illness care, surgery, and dentistry located in East Providence, R.I. We are close to all the amazing downtown Providence amenities, but located in a quiet neighborhood just off the East Bay Bike Path.

We anticipate a potential schedule of Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays but can be flexible for the right candidate.

Compensation: $17 to $20/hr, based on experience

What You'll Do

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide compassionate client care during wellness, sick, and sometimes end-of-life visitsAnswering calls, scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-outReviewing invoices, collecting payments, cash drawer balancingCommunicating effectively with doctors, technical staff, and your fellow CSR teamProcessing prescription refill requests, pet insurance claims, and online pharmacy ordersMaintaining hospital email, task listsOccasional minor cleaning duties
