**BluePearl Pet Hospital is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Veterinary Director of Field Client Engagement to join our team!** + **Do you have strong people leadership experience?** + **Are you a strategic and innovative thinker?** + **Do you have a passion for customer engagement?** As a Veterinary Director of Field Client Engagement you will: + Leads and mentors a team of 10-12 Area Client Engagement Specialists. + Provides guidance, sets goals, and evaluates performance to ensure successful execution of local marketing initiatives. + Leads the veterinary referral relationships initiatives including supporting hospitals with clinicians visiting referring clinicians, implementing continuing education events, and monitoring referral activities. + Leads to efforts to improve client experience at the hospitals by identifying opportunities and recommending remediations. + Develops and implements localized marketing strategies in collaboration with the support center marketing team and local sales teams. + Directs the planning, coordination, and execution of local events, including continuing education for clinicians and veterinary technicians, and community outreach initiatives. + Develops and manages the local marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and deliver maximum return on investment (ROI). + Develops effective processes and resources to track and report on spending. + Creates and established processes on adjusting budget spending to optimize results. + Reviews and makes recommendations on the collection, tracking, and reporting of referrals generated from field marketing activities. + Tracks, measures, and analyzes the performance of field marketing campaigns and events. + Provides regular reports on key performance metrics, including ROI, referral generation, event attendance, and customer engagement. + Develops and uses data insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve strategies. + Responsible for ensuring that all field marketing efforts maintain brand consistency and adhere to support center messaging and visual guidelines. + Approves custom marketing materials for local audiences while staying aligned with the overall brand. **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. + 7+ years relevant experience with 4 years in field marketing or local marketing role. + 5+ years manager experience required. **Why BluePearl?** + Our passion is pets.
