Client Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)

Salary: £11,120.72

Location: Pets 'n' Vets,

Job Type: Permanent, Part time

Hours: 18.5 hours

We are currently seeking a new Client Care Advisor to join our fantastic team!

We would like to hear from candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident working in a busy environment. The position will best suit a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Must be flexible to support all of our Veterinary Practices as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

25 days annual leave plus Birthday Day (non-contractual)

Our Client Care Advisors should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times, regardless of a client or visitor’s behaviour. The Client Care Advisors should make a positive impression and make clients feel confident in our service as a whole and helps to put them at ease if they are worried or apprehensive.

Experience required

Confident using the telephone

Reception or Client Care experience

Cash handling and till operation

Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (Desirable)

IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum
