**Job Title** : Veterinary Surgeon - Certificate Holder **Salary** : Up to £75,000 D.O.E **Location** : Cinque Ports Hospital, Kingsnorth, Kent **Job Type** : Permanent **Hours** : 40 hours per week over 4 days, 1 in 5 Saturday rota, no OOH, flexible and part-time applicants welcomed. **We are looking for an experienced Vet to join our growing hospital - Both certificate holders and those near completion of a certificate are encouraged to apply!** A surgical certificate would work particularly well for this role, with a busy caseload available, but all areas of interest can be discussed and supported. You can build caseloads in state-of-the-art surgeries, perfect for a newly or experienced cert holder. The hospital at Kingsnorth is an RCVS-Accredited Hospital and has Gold ISFM Accreditation and provides emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with VetsNow onsite providing continuity in cases and patient care. We offer keyhole surgery, laser therapy, and acupuncture treatments. You will be supported by a full and experienced team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN), that carry out both nurse consults and vaccinations. We are excellently equipped including inhouse lab, ECG, Endoscopy, ultrasound, radiography, separate dental room for all procedures dentistry x-ray, separate client care area, digital radiography, doppler ultrasonography, in-house laboratory, laparoscopic equipment and video endoscope and bronchoscope. Our experienced team hold a wealth of knowledge and have interests in surgery, radiography, anaesthesia, feline behaviour, dentistry, we have visiting referral ophthalmologist, and feline medicine specialist. We use team steps, which enable us to minimise communication errors within the teams here a Cinques Ports. The village of Kingsnorth has an interesting and historical background featured in the Domesday Book of 1086.
