We’re looking for a strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills who’s passionate about fostering growth and achieving excellence. **Pay:** $39.00 - $61.00 / hour **As a Veterinary Technician Manager, you will:** + Uphold theMars 5 Principles + BluePearl’s vision and mission. + Act as a subject-matter expert and resource for technicians and assistants in patient care, daily operations, and skill-building. + Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership to ensure standards of care are understood, communicated, and supported by team development. + Collaborate with supervisors and the regional nursing trainer to create engaging, forward-thinking training programs for the nursing team. + Play an active role in managing day-to-day operations of the nursing team alongside hospital leadership. + Mentor staff by modeling professional work habits, clinical excellence, and business acumen. + Address workplace conflicts proactively, seeking resolutions that foster effective collaboration. + Coach and inspire staff to achieve high performance and productivity aligned with our mission. + Communicate clearly to ensure team understanding of new ideas, protocol updates, and company initiatives. + Build positive relationships across departments to promote a culture of teamwork. + Implement and train on process improvement initiatives. + Conduct performance evaluations, document team member progress, and provide leadership with recommendations for performance management. + Perform other relevant duties as assigned. **Why BluePearl?** + Our passion is pets. Our **Continuing Education Plan** includes $500/year reimbursement for CVT and $750/year for VTS. The Continuing Education allowance can roll over up to $1,500 for CVT and VTS associates. Non-Credentialed, full-time Paraprofessionals are eligible for an annual CE stipend of $150. Full-time CVT associates also receive 8 hours of CE paid hours each year. Full-time VTS associates receive 12 hours of CE paid each year. Paid CE hours can be carried over year to year up to a maximum of 24 hours.
