We offer our supervisors monthly training on topics such as leadership, human resources, empathy, burnout and compassion fatigue. We also work as a collaborative unit providing you the connectivity of 10 additional specialty hospital supervisor teams to grow, learn, and share information with. Working together to create effective, fulfilled teams, happy healthy hospitals, and overall career satisfaction.

Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities:
Full Technician Skill UtilizationWorking collaboratively with team members of all hospital servicesCoaching associates based on need to aid in their successSome regional travel requiredFacilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performanceProvide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plansSupport associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and schedulingMaintain skill efficiency and knowledgePotential Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: $22 - $37 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
