You will be part of the platform team responsible for the creation and support of the Cognitive Computing Platform. This platform allows customers to interact with Fidelity in natural language across all the channels that are important to them.

The Expertise You Have
Demonstrated Hands On Experience with the following is required, as well as leading teams implementing:
Software development and delivery cycle
Architecting large scale systems
Experience in Cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
NodeJS or Python
REST APIs
Experience with the following areas:
Building and evaluating Natural Language Processing Related Machine Learning Models
MLOps in automating Machine Learning Model services refreshing cycle
Integrating Machine Learning Model services with existing runtime conversation handling system
Education / Certifications
Advanced education (Master degree or above) on computer science / data science related field or equivalent experience
8+ years working in financial service industry focused on IT solutions
Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure etc….)
