Key success factors for the role are 1) building, developing, and managing a strong team 2) delivering student/learner numbers for our Apprenticeships, Coaching, Doctorate in Organisational Change and Doctorate in Business Administration programs 3) improving student/learner quality 4) reducing unit acquisition costs.
The job
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales leader to work with a motivated team to design and implement successful B2B and B2C sales strategies across our program portfolio. To accomplish this, you will develop strong external and internal relationships, draw insights on market trends, identify key challenges and opportunities to inform program design and our sales approach. You will work to grow learner enrolments by combining data informed insights, with market knowledge through client and prospect interactions while providing opportunities to advance team performance; provide leadership; and create inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement successful, cost effective sales strategies for the key markets to drive student/learner enrolment, connecting marketing, sales and program strategies for maximum effectiveness Identify and effect improvements through-out the sales cycle from lead generation to matriculationDemonstrate how to identify and win opportunities with target clientsEnsure teams have sufficient knowledge of market challenges, competition and client/learner needs, using trend insightsSustain focus on key metrics, translate strategic and operational goals into actionable plans and hold team accountable for their responsibilitiesElevate others every day, inspiring your team to achieve, exceed their goals and creating a collaborative, sales driven culture Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets, report on pipeline-building metrics and forecasts to senior managementAttract and grow a powerful team of stars and future leaders, coaching them to evolve and role model our valuesAlign internal resources to ensure successful cooperation to deliver cost effective quality results taking into account the needs of the teamBuild lasting, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders Identify and implement the use of data and technology to improve team efficiency and impact
Your skills and experience
10+ years successful B2B/B2C / consultative selling and at least 5 years of team managementStrong experience developing and maintaining global, cultural, complex and long-term stakeholder relationships that sustain results.Global cultural experience – have worked in different countries or multinational organisations or lived or studied abroad.A natural leader, valuing the contribution of others, knowing when to lead, when to step back, coaching and supporting their growth and resilience in the face of setbackMastery of influencing, position building and negotiation with tenacious drive for successful outcomes for all, while being a people person.Energised by a dynamic entrepreneurial environment; proactive, creative, smart and positive.
