Vice President, Connectivity & Ecosystem, Marketer Enablement

ABOUT THIS JOB

LiveRamp’s Connectivity and Ecosystem team is responsible for creating a vibrant and differentiated network of destinations for our customers and enabling our customers to use that network. This role is responsible for driving usage across the network and helping scale our new destinations and initiatives. You will act as a leader of the largest authenticated ecosystem in the industry, and work across AdTech, MarTech, Social Platforms, Publishers, CTV and AI.  You will become a subject matter expert in all LiveRamp destinations, and will be able to identify unique workflows and partnerships that will drive incremental value to LiveRamp clients. Finally, you’ll play a critical role in our emerging partnerships - working closely with LiveRamp customers and our partners to ensure customers can use their data safely and effectively, whatever their business case.

You’ll work to educate marketers and agencies on our offerings, collaborate closely with the commercial team to have marketers activate campaigns on new types of media and publisher integrations, including our new AI destinations, get marketers using our new conversion API integrations with platforms, such as Meta, and help scale new international markets. You will own the initial adoption of new partnerships and work across teams, including product, marketing, and commercial, to ensure that all of our new partnerships are leveraged by our customers. You’ll work closely with our partners to develop case studies and evangelize our new integrations. 

As one of the leaders of the Connectivity & Ecosystem team, you’ll manage a small team to achieve your mission of enabling marketers to leverage our network globally. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your team consistently delivers on quarterly BD targets and that your team grows to the next levels in their careers. You’ll also partner with the rest of the Connectivity & Ecosystem leadership team to craft our strategy, handle roadblocks, and advance the industry. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the Activation of New Workflows - you’ll own ensuring that new partnerships and integrations are adopted by our customers.  LiveRamp’s customers want to manage the entire customer journey, and this role will own the initial adoption and, ultimately, the scaling of these workflows.  

Partner Development - you’ll collaborate with our Connectivity & Ecosystem BD leads to work closely with our partners to identify and flesh out the narrative of new integrations and opportunities. You’ll use this story to help drive customer adoption and ensure that we are meeting both internal and partner goals. 

Enabling global brands and agencies on our Conversion APIs - LiveRamp has developed state-of-the-art integrations with the world’s leading conversion APIs, including Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and now needs to drive brand usage of these new technologies. You’ll work to educate, pitch, and deploy our Conversion Module to our brands. 

Enabling global brands and agencies on new media and publisher destinations - LiveRamp’s goal is to make it safe and easy for our brands to use their data to personalize the consumer journey. To this end, we’re constantly launching new media and publisher partners and integrations that our brands can send and receive data to. You’ll work to encourage the adoption and usage of these new destinations. 

Cross-Org Collaboration - you’ll work closely without product, commercial, and marketing teams to drive success and usage of our network. 

External Messaging  - you’ll partner closely with our Marketing and Product Marketing teams to publish press releases, case studies and customer success stories around our new integrations.  You’ll be responsible for helping identify the appropriate format and messaging to help drive adoption of LiveRamp solutions, globally.  Evangelize external messaging at public industry events and other public speaking opportunities.

Industry Leadership - You’ll develop and maintain robust relationships with the largest marketers in the industry. You’ll be seen as a connectivity expert who can help advise these marketers on how LiveRamp helps them today and areas for future collaboration. You’ll be able to represent LiveRamp at various customer events, conferences, and trade shows.

Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. You’ll work on major, fast paced initiatives for LiveRamp and you’ll be crucial to their success. 

Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills in order to craft and deliver the best solutions.

Excellent BD management skills - you’ll lead a world class team and ensure that they hit their goals and advance their careers. 

AdTech background preferred and agency/media buying experience ideal.

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Comfortable with and has experience working in ambiguous environments while working in a consultative manner with clients 

Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally. Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication - people rarely need to follow up with you. Able to quickly understand and decompose complex questions and concepts. 

Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $290,000 to $350,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
