Vice President, Business Development

Dimension

Responsible for business development support to all Country Managers in the Division. Work with Country Managers to establish and execute on short and long-term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with country plans. Monitor, analyse and report on business metrics for the Division to aid management decision making.

Primary Duties/ Responsibilities

The job holder will work directly with the Country Managers to:

•\tManage business development opportunities for assigned prospects and accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction.
•\tAnalyze customers’ existing business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
•\tDevelop financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities
•\tDevelop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
•\tIdentify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers
•\tDevelop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines
•\tWork with virtual team of MasterCard subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities
•\tMaintain responsibility for all administrative and operations issues for assigned business development opportunities including planning, reporting, budget and expense management.

Education
•\tRelevant Degree preferred
