As an Executive on our team, you could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members. **Position Purpose:** Oversee and direct all population health functions for the assigned business unit based on, and in support of the company's strategic plan. Function as a knowledgeable practitioner, consultant, educator, and evaluator to maintain and improve system services, the user experience and to mentor clinician users to become better technology consumers. + Provides strategic leadership and serves as the lead and point of contact to represent PHCO business strategy and technology needs with internal and external committees and audiences. + Leads the SME team who provides consultation and direct testing services on behalf of PHCO users for all technology initiatives and implementations. + Directs the selection, implementation, and support of clinical systems. + Leads the prioritization of initiatives and user enhancements. + Collaborates with internal partners, including but not limited to Learning and Development and Product Owners, to provide education and support to staff in the use of technology in a manner which promotes holistic member care and confidentiality. + Consistently strives to improve knowledge and skills in the development of clinical systems and processes. + Leads complex projects and technical innovation activities in collaboration with PHCO and Medical Affairs business leaders and technology partners across the organization. + Ensures maximum use and efficiency of clinical systems used to meet PHCO and Medical Affairs strategic objectives and goals. + Builds engagement with key market partners and stakeholders in a matrixed environment. + Operates as an executive level change agent, incorporating change management principles (ex. Prosci) into daily operations as well as technology initiatives. + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Care, Health Informatics or related fields required.Master's Degree in Nursing, HealthCare, Health Informatics or related fields preferred + 3+ years in a clinical informatics leadership role required + 7+ years people leader experience required + RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required + **RN-BC - Informatics Nurse preferred** Pay Range: $178,500.00 - $338,800.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
