Position Overview:

Revlon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead and establish our Corporate Communications department. In this high-impact role, you will build and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy, drive employee engagement, and strengthen Revlon’s positioning in the media. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and offers an opportunity to work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to shape key messaging and drive organizational connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing the Corporate Communications Function:

Develop and execute Revlon’s Corporate Communications strategy and roadmap for internal and external communications. Build a department focused on delivering impactful communication programs that align with company goals.

Internal Communications:

Create and implement a comprehensive internal communications program to engage employees, including: CEO and ELT Town Halls Monthly newsletters Ongoing “RevNews” updates Set clear internal communications goals for 2025 to support company goals, organizational priorities and alignment.

External Corporate Public Relations:

Strengthen Revlon’s media presence by developing strategic media touchpoints. Elevate the profile of the CEO through targeted opportunities and speaking engagements.

Employee Engagement:

Partner with HR to enhance Revlon’s culture through strategic communication tactics that: Foster connectivity and a sense of community. Drive employee confidence, engagement, and motivation. Promote transparency in Revlon’s strategy, priorities, and initiatives.

Who You’ll Work With:

Report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, owning and leading all communication strategies. Hire and lead an Associate of Internal Communications to support execution of internal tactics. Collaborate with the ELT to align on messaging Work closely with HR to achieve shared goals for employee engagement and cultural initiatives.

How Success Will Be Measured:

Develop and track metrics that align with internal and external communication objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives to shape and execute communication strategies. 15+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on corporate communications. Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing strategic programs. Experience handling communications for financial transactions is preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $275,000 and $300,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
