Vice President, Credit Upgrade

As Vice President, Credit Upgrade, you’ll be responsible for launching new products and services that build familiarity with our products and unlock opportunities for aspiring homeowners. You’ll drive the growth and strategic direction of the Credit Upgrade business and oversee the development and execution of strategies designed to generate, pursue and close business with prospect accounts.

About the Role

Manage the profit and loss of the Credit Upgrade business, ensuring financial targets are met or exceededFormulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the credit upgrade business area(s), in addition to implementing the overall strategic directionCollaborate with the senior leadership team to align team strategy or direction with the overall goals of the organizationDrive the growth of the Credit Upgrade business, including marketing, product development and technology enhancementsLaunch new products and services that build familiarity with our products and unlock opportunities for aspiring homeownersLead product discovery, go-to-market strategy and the implementation of a card programPromote a culture of high performance that enhances team member engagement, fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration.

About You

Minimum Qualifications 

7 years of relevant credit/mortgage experience5 years of leadership experienceExperience in driving strategic direction and execution across multiple functionsStrong analytical skills, experience with data analysis toolsAdvanced knowledge of product management and product life cycle

Preferred Qualifications  

10 years of relevant business/mortgage experienceBachelor’s/master’s degree in business or a related fieldAbility to build relationships and lead through influence with internal and external stakeholders
