**Overview**
The VP, Groupe Tech Solutions sits within the Groupe Tech Solutions Team. The mission of the Groupe Tech Solutions team is to drive growth and adoption of Epsilon’s connected Identity technology solutions, including the PeopleCloud Cleanroom, PeopleCloud CDP, Epsilon Data, and Portable Identity products across Groupe clients.
A key avenue for Groupe Tech Solutions growth includes the enablement of data-driven, identity-powered audience strategies. Clients can leverage Epsilon’s CORE ID and associated data (over 10,000 attributes) to create a centralized view of their customer (and prospect) and communicate with them across the paid and owned media space via Epsilon technology. In today’s non-linear world, Epsilon’s data and identity allow brands to connect and orchestrate cross channel engagement across the full funnel. Identifying these opportunities and determining the right solution to support across Groupe clients will be a key responsibility.
This role will support all Groupe Tech Solution growth areas with a primary focus on connected identity solutions for client’s first-party data, enriching a client’s existing marketing technology capabilities and replacing with Epsilon’s own end-to-end first-party customer data platform solutions.
In this role you will liaise with Group Account teams and existing Epsilon delivery & sales teams, supporting the value realization from Epsilon data and technology.
The successful candidate brings 10+ years of experience leveraging identity, data, and technology in the marketing and advertising technology environments. They are proficient in digital activation and audience development having likely served in those roles within an agency before or supporting CRM strategies from top identity partners in the space. They are also well versed in sales, media strategy, and measurement. Most importantly, they are comfortable working in a lean, agile team with evolving goals as needs arise. Fast-paced, high-demand with senior leadership visibility requires efficiency, prioritization, and time management and strong relationship building for success.
**Responsibilities**
+ Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across Technology & Data (primary) and the full Growth team’s (secondary) Media Growth target
+ Leverage the right questions to uncover a client’s existing MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, it’s use cases and potential gaps, and how to optimize with Epsilon Identity solutions
+ Expert in Epsilon’s (and competitor) identity solutions, identifying opportunities for growth of first-party audience solutions:
+ Proactively identifies growth opportunities for agency clients
+ Develops and maintains a playbook for how to listen for opportunities for the Epsilon CDP and Epsilon portable identity solutions and maintain a target list of clients across the Publicis portfolio
+ Work through agency and client options to position Epsilon identity solutions, strategically pivoting to meet the needs of the client and agency
+ Partner with Epsilon product in though-leadership around the market scape and future of first-party data enablement
+ Provide feedback to leadership of what is working and where improvements can be realized.
+ Participate in annual planning exercises across agency teams to cross-sell and up-sell to relevant Groupe Solutions
+ Develops strong relationships with:
+ Groupe Agency teams - Account Leads, Investment, Strategy, and activation teams
+ Groupe Media Solutions teams – collaborating with our sister team, Groupe media solutions, in crafting holistic and solution-based growth strategies for our clients across Groupe products
+ Key Senior Clients – to educate on the benefits of Epsilon, Data and Tech where needed in support of day-to-day teams or new business
+ Agency Leadership – working with agency leaders to educate and drive adoption of Groupe Data & Tech Solutions offerings
+ Epsilon – working with Epsilon client, product, and delivery teams to ensure client and agency education and sell-in is supported.
**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years in agency, working with data, tech, and media solutions
+ Experience with CRM/CDP solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, HighTouch, etc. and/or Data Lake / Cleanroom applications such as AWS, Snowflake, etc.
+ Strong consultative selling skills and experience working to achieve annual quota targets
+ Comfortable in a ‘gray space’ where the role, targets, and daily asks and priorities can change
+ Ability to manage time, balance competing tasks, and set
+ Excellent communication skills – confident, articulate, and able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate complex concepts and initiatives to a wide variety of audiences
+ Collaborative leadership style, comfortable in a matrixed organization structure
+ Innovative problem solver and a great team player, willing to step into wherever a gap may existing within the organization
+ Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain vital relationships across the agency and across the client organization
+ Located in a primary agency metro area (New York, Chicago, Boston) with a hybrid approach to the office – at least 3 days per week – to liaise with agency and Epsilon leads directly and build relationships
**1.** **Success Criteria – First 12 months**
**·** **Become fluent in CORE ID, CORE data, and the Identity-based technology solutions that surround it**
**·** **Refine the attack strategy for how to position Epsilon first-party solutions against and in conjunction with competitive identity and CDP/CRM solutions**
**·** **Accelerate team achievement of Technology quota goals**
**·** **Build relationships with key stakeholders within Groupe Growth, agency, and Epsilon**
**·** **Lead six agency and/or client pursuits showcasing the value of Epsilon identity solutions**

Compensation Range: $146,490 - $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
