Thank you for your interest in Lumeris. **Position:** Vice President, Customer Success and Operation **Position Summary:** The Vice President of Customer Success and Operations is a strategic leader responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and operational effectiveness of Lumeris’ innovative primary care technology solution, leveraging AI at scale for Health Systems. This role will spearhead the rollout of technologies that will transform healthcare at a national scale, and is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, scalability, and operational excellence. The VP will lead a high-performing team responsible for implementations as well as ongoing customer management, including project delivery, customer onboarding, process optimization, and ongoing business operations. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with our technology’s goal of transforming primary care. + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with health system partners to ensure they achieve desired outcomes using our technology. + Drive the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and integration of technology into client environments. + Lead initiatives to optimize our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. + Implement metrics and KPIs to assess operational performance, customer satisfaction, and overall success. + Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team responsible for project delivery, customer onboarding, and ongoing operations. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team and in partnership with Engineering and Sales. + Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in product delivery and customer expectations. + Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate feedback and insights for product and service enhancements. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. + 15+ years of experience in implementation and operations of enterprise healthcare technology in Health Systems + Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and driving operational efficiencies. + Strong leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams. + Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, including C-suite executives. **Working Conditions** + While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions. **Disclaimer** + The job description describes the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.
