DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As the Alliance Operations Manager, you will be leading the governance and operational management of the Cyber and Data Resilience strategic alliance ecosystem. This role involves ensuring that all partnerships are aligned with our organizational goals, managing the ecosystem of alliances, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alliance management, governance, and ecosystem development.

 

Ecosystem Management: Oversee the management of the alliance ecosystem, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among partners. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in alliance operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Strategic Alignment: Ensure all alliances are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to overall business goals. Performance Monitoring: Reporting on establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of alliances and ensure they deliver expected outcomes. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with alliances, ensuring the stability and sustainability of partnerships. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the alliance ecosystem. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the status and performance of alliances.

 

ESSENTIAL TRAITS:

Bachelor’s degree required Proven experience in alliance management, governance, and ecosystem development. Strong understanding of cyber technologies. Tactical, practical hands-on coordination, management, and execution of partner programs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment. Excellent oral, written communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
