Vice President, Domestic Sales Home Entertainment - Paramount

  

 

 

The Paramount Home Entertainment Domestic Sales team is seeking a Vice President to oversee and drive domestic sales strategies, including portable entertainment and home equipment, to enhance the experience of Paramount Global content across various platforms.

 

Lead all aspects of domestic sales within the home entertainment sector, ensuring effective distribution of Paramount Global content across various media formats, including on-the-go entertainment and home equipment. Define and communicate a clear strategy for the sales team, setting measurable financial targets and providing guidance to achieve success. Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-faceted sales campaigns for Paramount Global content in the home entertainment market. Manage the distribution of Paramount's extensive film and television library, ensuring optimal reach and engagement. Negotiate and close distribution deals with domestic and global platform partners, driving transactional revenue. Collaborate with Finance and Sales Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting, monitoring, and tracking of financial performance. Work closely with international sales teams to support global campaign development and ensure cohesive strategies across regions. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure successful releases and partnerships. Focus on business development, emerging media, and technology trends, fostering strategic partnerships to drive revenue from transactional sales of Paramount Global content. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sales process, proactively finding solutions to address challenges. Demonstrate strategic thinking and industry expertise to provide insights that inform decision-making. Analyze complex situations, identify obstacles, and develop creative, actionable solutions.

 

Basic Qualifications:   

 

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience in related field Consistent track record of sales in the entertainment industry

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

Strong negotiation and sales skills with a successful history of driving revenue. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate with different partners and team members. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving industry trends and business landscapes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $175,000.00 - 235,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
