Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Architecture Consulting-Delivery Intervention Tech lead

The Delivery Intervention Tech Lead will serve as a critical technical leader responsible for intervening and resolving complex technical challenges across client projects. This role focuses on troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects at risk, working closely with delivery teams, clients, and senior leadership to mitigate issues and ensure smooth project execution

Responsibilities

Lead the technical intervention in projects facing delivery challenges such as performance bottlenecks, system integration issues, or resource constraints.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.

Act as the go-to expert for difficult technical problems that cannot be solved by the delivery teams within the factory.

Monitor ongoing projects to identify potential risks or challenges early in the delivery lifecycle.

Provide real-time technical support to delivery teams and ensure that corrective actions are taken when needed to keep the project on track.

Analyze recurring issues across projects and propose solutions to prevent them in future engagements.

Advocate for and implement process improvements to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency across teams.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for problem-solving, debugging, and efficient delivery.

Share lessons learned and insights from intervention experiences to improve overall delivery capabilities across teams.

Document technical interventions, issues, resolutions, and lessons learned.

Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of projects at risk, detailing actions taken and the effectiveness of interventions.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Relevant years of experience in IT services, with a strong background in delivery management, technical troubleshooting, and project execution.

Proven experience in leading technical interventions across projects at risk, particularly in large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

In-depth knowledge of software development, system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and infrastructure management.

Expertise in debugging complex software and infrastructure issues, including performance tuning, system integration, and multi-platform architectures.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar (depending on the project’s technology stack).

Preferred Certifications:

ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master).

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent).

DevOps, System Architecture, or related certifications.
