Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Enterprise Architecture Consulting-Head of Automation
In this role, the Head of Automation will spearhead the automation strategy and execution across all business units, driving Genpact enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. As a senior leader, the individual will collaborate with business leaders, technology stakeholders, and delivery teams to design, implement, and scale automation solutions aligned with the organization’s digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture frameworks. [List of responsibilities]
Act as a key advisor to the C-suite, providing insights on emerging trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
Partner with delivery and operations teams to identify automation opportunities across service lines and customer engagements.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools and platforms for robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent automation, and AI-driven workflows.
Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilot programs, and scaling successful initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing automation team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Act as a trusted partner to clients, demonstrating expertise in automation consulting and delivering value-driven solutions.
Support pre-sales efforts, RFP responses, and client presentations related to automation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Relevant years in IT services with at some years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of implementing large-scale automation initiatives in enterprise environments.
Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Proficiency in intelligent automation technologies (AI/ML, NLP, process mining).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and DevOps practices.
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
Certification in RPA tools or AI/ML frameworks.
PMP or SAFe certification for program management (optional).
