Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Finance Accounting, Solution and service line
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire value chain in FA (across Insurance and Banking industry) in a fairly fast paced business environment. The role is based out of NCR.
Responsibilities
Responsible to Lead Finance Accounting Service line and help in solutioning for all new deals in pipeline.
Network within the organization to form relationships at all levels (decision-makers and influencers)
Establish clear, ambitious, and achievable transformation objectives that align with the company's strategic vision.
Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
Will be Required to co – own delivery of End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation
Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
Ability to manage multiple RFP’s/ deals at the same time.
Managing knowledge design, implementation support for complex FA domain. Help in monitoring review of solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant.
High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Proven understanding of FA professional including AP, AR, R2R, FPA concepts, processes, key controls and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment
