Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Front House Recruiter to managing the end-to-end hiring processes within our revenue generating lines of business in EMEA. Working within a team of Recruiters, you will be supporting (amongst others) the Investment and Corporate Banking divisions. Core to the role will be understanding business needs, developing and executing sourcing strategies including direct sourcing and, where applicable, managing search firm relationships. You will have full end to end responsibility for screening/interviewing candidates, partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units. You will be well versed in handling complex compensation scenarios and managing offers and closing of senior hires.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the assigned business groups, to provide both consultative and transactional recruitment support to deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition processConduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition within the applicant tracking system (Workday)Partner closely with colleagues within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Generalist teams as well as Compensation, Onboarding, L&LD, MobilityProvide accurate real time reporting on open positions and progress against the hiring plansProvide regular market information from internal and external sources. Advising clients of competitor activity, availability of talent, salary trends and hiring best practiceScreen CVs in line with the hiring managers’ requirementsEnsure that the right candidates are recruited in a timely and cost effective mannerOwnership and efficient execution of the new hire approval process working closely with the global colleaguesOwnership of successful transition from offer stage, through resignation to start date.Search firm relationship management, including performance monitoring and governance.Actively manage risk around selection decisions, interview panels, hiring restrictions, and compensation decisionsManage all aspects of the recruitment process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employmentResponsible for the smooth running of day to day operations, governance and reportingFacilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiencesEnsures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations
Experience:
In-house Front Office recruitment experience is essential.Previous experience of hiring Analyst/Associate/VP levels into corporate or investment banking is desirable.Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups with the ability to tailor your approach to the client baseExperience managing high volumes of hiringAbility to manage client expectations and relationships with both hiring managers and HR colleaguesMust possess strong ability to develop rapport with all levels of hiring managers and candidatesStrong talent sourcing expertiseOutstanding communication skills and proactive approach to stakeholder management and status reportingAbility to prioritise in a high volume and sometimes pressurised environmentPossess excellent attention to detail and take pride in accurate and timely completion of tasksOpen, accountable and collaborative in working styleAbility to exercise diplomacy and discretionExcellent planning, organizing and follow through abilities.
