**Description**
This role is responsible for spearheading the global strategic development and regional execution of integrated brand communications, content marketing, and content strategy (including branding, social, editorial, and influencer).
This position requires a big picture, communications and public relations maverick, well versed in the social media stratosphere, namely the ever⁃changing landscape of influencers and how content marketing is driving the consumer conversation.
This role is intended to strengthen Clinique's equity and to provide an innovative and integrated communications vision, driving Clinique to the forefront of the consumer mindset globally.
The role crosses multiple functions and responsibilities, including:
+ Innovative, big picture thinking to advance the brand equity and maintain the "always different" positioning. Understand how to leverage social, content and influencers in order to create the right disruption for Clinique, push consumers to take notice of the brand and position it top of mind for purchase intent.
+ Continue to evolve the strategic framework of Global Communications to keep all tenants current for the brand and its top priorities (e.g., Heritage, Trend, Philanthropy, Collaboration, Modern Voice).
+ Lead Public Relations activities for the brand including press relations and releases tied to product launches, emergency communications plans as needed, press event management and brand president speaking engagements.
+ Ideate global influencer strategies aimed at linking EMV to driving sales, tying online to offline, harnessing key learning's to scale across different product categories and regions.
+ Support the global social strategy for Clinique, create and oversee content and stories that encourage action and advocacy, closely collaborate with digital marketing to deliver via each platform/channel.
+ Drive editorial content strategy for both the WINK and social media, ensuring Clinique is forging new paths in consumer engagement through the use of content marketing and overall value of content.
+ Lead talent relations for the brand for creative campaigns and influencer support.
+ Lead the 3.0 evolution of the Clinique Color Pro Program, further linking the program to the consumer experience.
+ Lead brand collaborations that embody the brand DNA, create the right leverage of equities, buzz and cultural immediacy that can flex across the brand, Gift with Purchase, and in⁃store animation.
+ Lead Clinique Philanthropic strategy and execution as it evolves to a local market focus.
+ Develop measurement and analysis guidelines, giving framework for success based on consumer metrics as well as brand strategy to help evolve creative, content and overall influencer/social strategy based on defined ROI and sales.
+ Team management and talent development, fostering a continual evolution of talent both in the global office and across the regions to ensure current skill sets for the social and digital landscape.
+ Develop and maintain close, effective working relationships with other departments (e.g., Creative, Education, Marketing, Brand Leadership).
**Qualifications**
+ 15 years, plus of relevant communications experience leading digital and social innovation
+ Ability to develop effective social marketing communications strategies across various regions, markets and channels
+ Effective team leader
+ Ability to work cross functionally in highly matrixed structure
