**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for leading execution across client and deal teams. Key responsibilities include working with teammates to proactively generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Acts as a key execution resource to senior bankers in day-to-day client coverage and drives the execution for transactions across internal and external working groups
+ Supports origination, opportunity evaluation, deal execution and works on broad scope of assignments while growing expertise of industry, deals and markets' trends
+ Collaborates with coverage teams to generate ideas and deliver solutions that meet clients' needs
+ Supervises the preparation and execution of final client presentation work products, helps develop pitch book materials for client meetings, may present sections of client materials in client meetings, leads due diligence sessions, attends client meetings, interacts with deal team members on a regular basis, and leads execution of live transactions to ensure timetables are met
+ Establishes and builds credible client relationships at the appropriate level within the client's organization, primarily driven by deal execution or project work
+ Serves as the primary point of contact responsible for coordinating information flow and execution of work products with product groups, internal and external legal, tax, accounting, rating agencies, and regulatory parties
+ Participates in the recruitment, development, training and management of resources under the guidance of a Managing Director or Director
