Lead and develop the implementation team to ensure timely, high-quality deployment of our enterprise software solutions.Oversee all aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.Drive operational strategy, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.Develop and execute best-in-class implementation methodologies, ensuring adoption and long-term client success.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track implementation success, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align implementation strategies with business goals.Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, ensuring proactive issue resolution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and customer feedback to refine processes.Manage resource planning and budgeting for implementation and operational functions.Serve as an executive sponsor for key client implementations, ensuring strong relationships and strategic alignment.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.15+ years of experience in implementation, operations, or professional services within enterprise software, healthcare technology, or SaaS industries.Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and driving operational efficiencies.Strong leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, including C-suite executives.Deep understanding of enterprise software deployment, change management, and customer success principles.Deep understanding of primary care workflows and engagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive business decisions.Experience in healthcare technology or working with providers, payers, and government entities is highly desirable.Working Conditions
