Vice President, Liquidity Reporting & Analytics

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury operation for Bangalore Location. The role evolves in assisting in the aggregation and review of consolidated inputs for the firm’s Liquidity Reporting and providing complex financial analysis and research in support of management decision-making for consolidated liquidity planning.


In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team responsible for complex analytics on components of companywide key treasury finance metricsOversee the monitoring and evaluation of global market conditions, funding, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, capital management, financial performance management, capital, and related activitiesEnsure data quality and establish controlled processesParticipate in industry and peer groups to influence the standard setting processLead implementation of complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more lines of businessUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesManage allocation of people and financial resources for TreasuryMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentManaging data processes to support compliance with emerging regulations on liquidity management and stress testingResearching and enhancing reliability of liquidity related data across the firmIdentifying and implementing solutions related to complex liquidity issues and contribute to on-going strategic decisions within Treasury and companywide.Preparation of additional ad-hoc analyses/presentations and completing special projects of varying life spansAssist in the development, maintenance and execution of Governance & Oversight framework documentation and controls including reconciliation and variance analysisAssisting in further development of proprietary reporting tools and testing of implementation of improvements/enhancements


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experience

Experience in Treasury, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationLeadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

CA, CMA, CPA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, MCom, MBA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and over 12years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting.Advanced SQL skills with Liquidity or Corporate Treasury experienceExperience with financial models especially in areas of documentation and governanceExperience with financial systems project development and user acceptance testingExperience with governance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reportingKnowledge and understanding of treasury management industry: asset liability management (ALM), liquidity management, and stress testing.
