The Opportunity
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Local Commercial, to lead our most significant growth opportunity. This is already a $100M business, and we're searching for a strategic leader to double this in the next three years, executing a strategy focused on our Local Commercial customer and its associated verticals. If you're energized by scaling systems, driving end-to-end marketing and sales strategies, overseeing CRM initiatives, guiding product development, and building a business - this role is for you.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both sales and marketing, with the ability to lead and mentor the heads of these functions. You’ll collaborate closely with franchise partners, GMs, and cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive Local Commercial (B2B) strategy, guiding key investment decisions for impactful, sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Local Commercial Brand Division, developing and communicating a clear vision for growth and overseeing execution to achieve ambitious targets in alignment with our business objectives. Develop and implement scalable systems across acquisition, marketing, CRM, sales, and retention, ensuring a strong and consistent customer lifecycle from brand awareness to repeat business. Guide Local Commercial marketing strategy, leveraging insights and analytics to develop a comprehensive approach that includes CRM utilization, customer segmentation, and targeted campaigns that drive both customer acquisition and loyalty. Oversee CRM and data strategy, maximizing CRM effectiveness to increase customer retention and deepen engagement, while supporting leaders to make data-driven decisions that drive measurable results. Support product development and innovation by synthesizing customer insights, franchise input, and strategic priorities, ensuring we remain responsive to market needs and opportunities. Train and equip Franchise Partners, GMs, and Sales Leaders, providing the tools, insights, and training needed to drive business success and growth across the franchise network. Champion strategic investment decisions related to Local Commercial growth, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with long-term goals. Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team focused on long-term growth, accountability, and financial health, fostering a culture that supports both individual and team success.

About You

Experienced Sales and Marketing Leader: You have a track record of success in both sales and marketing roles, with a strong understanding of the B2B customer journey and CRM best practices. Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You have deep experience with CRM systems, are comfortable with analytics, and understand how to translate insights into actionable strategies. Financially Savvy: You possess strong financial acumen, understanding how to drive profitability while supporting growth initiatives and optimizing budget allocations. Growth-Focused: Your experience includes creating and executing strategies that fuel customer acquisition, improve retention, and maximize long-term value.
