**Vice President of Manufacturing Operations**
**Position Title:** Vice President of Manufacturing Operations
**Reports To:** Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Manufacturing Operations to lead our global manufacturing operations across all Hologic sites, contract manufacturers, and original equipment manufacturers. This role ensures that manufacturing operations adhere to the organization’s processes, policies, and strategic priorities while driving the achievement of global manufacturing goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, engaging, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and teams worldwide.
**What You Can Expect:**
+ Lead global manufacturing operations across all Hologic sites, contract manufacturers, and original equipment manufacturers.
+ Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for 3-5 year planning, ensuring consistent and reliable product availability.
+ Improve cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes by enhancing workflow, reducing waste, and improving material utilization.
+ Manage annual manufacturing budgeting and forecasting with a focus on product costs and overall margins.
+ Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
+ Achieve production schedules and continuously evaluate and develop manufacturing partners and vendors.
+ Drive the transition of programs from R&D development to manufacturing.
**What We Expect:**
+ 4+ days onsite in Marlborough, MA.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain management, or business.
+ 20 years of experience in a lead manufacturing/operations role.
+ Minimum 10 years’ experience of running multiple plants and contract manufacturers.
+ Medical Device experience is preferred.
+ Established leadership experience in a executive manufacturing/operations role.
+ Ability to motivate, develop, and lead large, high-performing teams.
+ Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, operational excellence, supplier management, and general supply chain activities.
+ Expertise in vendor management.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $410,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
