Vice President, Marketing - Demand Generation
Job Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Marketing, Demand Generation to lead and scale our demand generation strategies and initiatives. In this executive role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition, ultimately contributing to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a team leader, and an expert in utilizing data-driven marketing techniques across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales pipeline across various verticals and regions. Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, events, and social media to generate high-quality leads. Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure maximum ROI on all marketing initiatives. Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align demand generation efforts with sales goals and improve the lead-to-conversion process. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing demand generation team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring continuous professional development. Budget Management: Oversee the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize results. Brand Messaging & Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all demand generation activities that resonate with target audiences. Lead Nurturing & Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and refine lead nurturing strategies to increase engagement and conversion through targeted content and outreach at every stage of the customer lifecycle. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Proven track record of scaling demand generation programs and driving substantial revenue growth. Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. #LI-KV1
